House Rules

-Check-in After 4:00 PM -Check-out 10:00 AM -$70 parking pass for each car, purchased on arrival, two cars allowed. Wristbands for use of amenities is included with parking pass. -Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in condo or on balconies. My condo building does not allow it. Designated smoking area is located along the side of the building. -No pets allowed in condo or building per HOA. -No parties or events allowed. If you book under false pretense you will be asked to leave with no refund.

🚗Parking Passes🚗 Parking passes are purchased on-site. The cost of the parking passes is set by the HOA. It is $70 per car. Limit 2 cars. ⭕ Wristbands give you access to amenities at Phoenix I, II, III, and IV and are included with your parking pass. 🔑A door code to access condo will be provided 3 days prior to check in.

We had a great stay - easy access to the beach with a clean space for our family of 5. We didn’t want to leave! We booked last minute on Christmas and Amanda was so graciously responsive on the holiday.

The condo was described accurately and instructions were precise. The host reached out with instructions before our stay and checked in with us after arrival. We did not have need to contact Amanda during our stay. Everything was perfect in the condo and we had everything we needed. What we appreciated the most were the comfortable chairs on the balcony, the large corner balcony with gorgeous views, the closet on the balcony with beach items we used, comfortable beds, the spacious master bathroom, the extra washing machine pods, plenty of coffee filters and the adorable decor. Our stay was great and we will surely return again

We had a wonderful stay! Amanda was very friendly and super responsive throughout our visit. The condo was right on the beach, nicely kept, and came with lots of thoughtful extras that made our trip even better. Highly recommend!
